"I would like to start off by saying thank you for having such a great company with great customer service. Being in the shuttle bus manufacturing business I have use my share of parking services all over the United States and I would have to say that Parkit here is the best by far. There is no comparison. I drive to Memphis every other week to fly out for work. I am not fan of small airplanes so I take the four and half hour drive to Memphis to be on a bigger plane. After this commute and being tired your staff always puts a smile on my face and always makes me feel better the rest of the day. Even returning back to Memphis I do not know the girls name in the pay booth but she always make me smile and feel like I am the best person and customer ever. Now that's customer service.

"Hi Johanna ~ you might remember me. I met you Wednesday night when I returned from my recent trip and discovered my car wouldn't start because of a dead battery in my key FOB. As you know, Lexus' have "push button" ignitions which require the FOB to start the car. I want to thank you for being so generous in allowing Wesley Johnson to drive me to Walgreens to purchase a new one.

I have been a customer of yours for a couple of years now and truly have enjoyed the service I receive but more important, the professionalism of your staff. They truly make every effort to be pleasant and ensure the customer is satisfied with the experience. April has been such a joy to know that I've recommended "Park it Here" to everyone I know who travels. As a Human Resources Manager, I often wondered what the secret was. How does the owner create this friendly environment with such a focus on customer satisfaction? It's remarkable because every employee has it. I have to admit that I have asked several employees about the "owner" and the answer is always the same?"she believes in customer service".

Well you certainly proved that to me Wednesday night. I also wanted to tell you how very helpful Wesley was to me in my time of need. At the time you thought of him driving me to Walgreens, I had already called AAA but had a very uncomfortable feeling about them being able to help me. So I was really relieved when you made the offer. Wesley did take me to the Walgreens; unfortunately they did not have my battery type (1632). When I left the store I was not a happy person, so he offered to take me to an auto parts store. At that same point in time, I received a call back from AAA who was at the garage, so I said no just take me back. When we returned, the dispatcher misunderstood my request and thought I needed a car battery. Worse yet, the driver tell's me he can't take me to the auto-parts store?.sorry.!!! Hearing that, Wesley told me to get back in his vehicle, that he would take me to the auto parts store! Imagine my disbelief when I discovered that it had no batteries either. At this point I couldn't ask Wesley to go any further and told him, "I'll just get a cab home and return tomorrow with the spare FOB". Wesley was more determined than ever to get my problem solved. Not only did he offer to take me to another Walgreens on the way back to the garage but since he was getting off work soon, he would personally take me home even though it was out of his way to do so. Well, as it turns out, the third time was the charm! I found the battery and I was able to finally start the car and get home.

I can not tell you how much I appreciated his help on that night. As you had just returned from a trip, I'm sure you can appreciate it when I tell you; it had been a very long and tiring day. Not being able to get my car home would have been the end of a very bad day, but Wesley would not be denied. He ensured it was a good day after all. I simply couldn't let his good works go by without bringing it to your attention. I wish I had 50 of him!

Mr. Greg Rose {controller} came out to assist as well. I was later informed by Tammy {manager} that they had tried to air it up the previous night, but the air was coming out as fast as they were putting it in.
